This salve features arnica, a natural anti-inflammatory known for its ability to reduce swelling and natural pain relief action. Beneficial for sprains, strains, bruising, joint pain and stiffness, this salve is perfect for the warrior in all of us.
Please use clean dry hands or utensils with salve to avoid contamination as I do not use artificial preservatives. Store your salve in a cool dry place. May be stored in the regrigerator, though this will cause salve to become harder. 
Do not use on broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only.
Ingredients are: grapeseed oil, arnica, ginger, calendula, St.John's Wort, beeswax, Vitamin E. Essential oils: peppermint and rosemary
