Meadowsweet may cause a reaction in people who are sensitive to aspirin. Meadowsweet may also cause lung spasms in asthmatics

Gotu Kola: do not use if pregnant. Do not use longer tham 6 weeks if liver disease is present

White willow: use caution if ulcers or gastritis present, or if using blood thinners. Not for use in children. May cause constipation.

Golden rod: Do not use if chronic kidney disease is present. Possible allergic reaction in people who are sensitive to ragweed & related plants

Rosemary: do not use if pregnant

St John’s Wort may interact with prescription medication. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding
